Order Picker Furniture Platforms attach to the longer forks of furniture order pickers, creating a safe, stable surface for large or awkwardly shaped loads.

Overview

Get the most out of furniture picker trucks with an order picker platform built to handle large, awkward loads. Order Picker Furniture Platforms feature modular design that allows you to configure the unit for specific jobs, all while expanding the usefulness of your order picker fleet.

Order Picker Furniture Platforms are steel flat decks with integrated fork pockets, sized for the longer forks of furniture order pickers. Use them to handle bulky loads, whether that’s furniture, heavy equipment, nonstandard containers, or anything too big for standard order pickers. Flat-deck design ensures near-universal compatibility, with no shelves or push handles to get in the way.

Modular construction allows you to configure each platform for specific use cases, via bolt-on components. Add Adjustable Fork Guides to create a tighter fit with your order picker truck. Choose Anti-Skid Tape and/or Handrails to expand the truck’s operator compartment. Or simply get a Custom Color and Lasered Logo to match your brand.

Notes:

When ordering, identify the vertical offset between operator platform and top of fork. This allows the factory to size the platform to sit flush with the operator’s platform. See last page, diagram A.
Overall dimensions may vary depending upon modular options.

Options

Fork Pockets (OPCMF-FP): Open fork pockets enable proper attachment of the cart to the order picker truck. Maximum outside of fork width is 30”. Consult factory to ensure correct size is ordered.
Adjustable Fork Guides (OPCMF-FP-GUIDE): Bolt-in, galvanized panels reduce outside fork pocket dimension to 27”, 25”, or 23” depending on installation position, creating a tighter fit within fork pocket compartment for any order picker truck.
Handrails (OPCMF-HR): Bolt-on steel handrails run entire depth and along back of deck. Includes kick plate and six safety harness attachment points. Adds 47.7” height to cart.
Anti-Skid Tape (SKIDTAPE): Textured tape on the platform deck adds traction.
Custom Lasered Logo (OPCMF-LOGO): Add a laser-cut logo plate to the rear of the cart to incorporate your company’s branding.
Custom Color: BHS Yellow is the standard powder-coat paint color for visibility in warehouses, however customers may choose from other colors. For more details, visit our Custom Colors webpage
