Your partnership with BHS, Inc. starts with a simple conversation. Contact our sales team at 1.800.247.9500, or fill out our custom manufacturing form. If you have sketches, photos, or CAD files, you can upload them there.
With details in hand, our engineering and sales team will prepare an original design and proposal. Once the order is placed we'll deliver an approval drawing, complete with 3D digital models and a full list of specifications, for your review.
Once you approve the plan, we’ll manufacture and deliver the custom solution for real-world testing. Our custom solutions typically perform as expected, but if you discover the need for alterations, we’ll incorporate them into later models.
Throughout the whole process, your Inside Sales Manager will coordinate with all parties (including other manufacturing partners, component providers, or third-party integrators). Once your product is in operation, our aftermarket support team is available 24 hours a day.
