This 24-compartment Gravity Flow Rack is designed with multiple, angled roller compartments which allow product to automatically move to the front of the rack as inventory is removed.
Gravity Flow Racks allow product to be loaded into angled roller compartments, so product continuously moves forward as inventory is removed from the front of the rack. This Gravity Flow Rack storage system supports a first-in, first-out strategy. It automates carton flow for simpler order picking, inventory management, and inventory rotation.
The angled compartments are equipped with free-spinning roller tracks which create a carton flow system. The rear of the roller rack is open for product loading from the rear. Gravity Flow Racks improve warehouse efficiency and order fulfillment speed, while also supporting assembly line-side operations especially in first-in/first-out applications.
