Dock Ramps for Safe Travel From Dock-to-Ground

BHS knows that warehouse managers have many options when choosing a Dock Ramp. That’s why we pay extra attention to building the most durable and rugged dock-to-ground ramps possible.

There’s not much equipment that takes a beating quite like a Dock Ramp, so all BHS models are constructed entirely from steel. At the base is a solid steel approach plate that gives way to open steel grating for maximum traction. Two 8-inch high steel curbs guard the edges while two anchors secure the ramp at the base.

Dock ramps are available in 16,000-pound, 20,000-pound, and 40,000-pound capacities. Dock Ramps from BHS provide extra access where logistics providers need it most.

Yard Ramps Travel Wherever They Are Needed

The BHS Yard Ramp is a mobile, heavy-duty ground-to-truck ramp that can be transported using the included fork clamp or with an optional tow bar. Like the Dock Ramp, the Yard Ramp uses heavy-duty all steel construction. A solid steel approach plate takes the brunt of impact going up the ramp, and open steel grating provides increased traction.

The 36-inch ramp provides an ergonomic angle for unloading freight from trucks and rail cars. A hydraulic hand pump makes it easy to position the ramp at entry points. Safety chains keep the structure firmly in place while 8-inch steel curbs guard the sides.

An optional tow bar can be used to relocate the ramp by hitching it to a forklift. The Yard Ramp comes standard with two 16-inch-diameter by 4-inch-wide solid rubber tires for maneuvering the unit. The Yard Ramp comes in a 16,000-, 20,000-, and 25,000-pound capacity.
